Palau is a very important tourist center also due to its geographical position which has made it the gateway to the La Maddalena Archipelago. From the nearby port, by ferry, the island of La Maddalena or Caprera (where Garibaldi's last home is) with its enchanting inlets or embark on one of the boats (10 to 15 meters by motor or sail ) for the time around the enchanting islands of the archipelago, where a wild and pristine environment will surprise you with the colors and transparencies of its sea (defined by many as the best in the world) and its granite rocks covered with Mediterranean scrub , to spend a truly UNFORGETTABLE day !!!!!!

In summer, Palau lives the day with all its shops and boutiques open every day, but also the night with its flea market and all evenings with shows on the square for the pleasure of adults and children (the playground is great for children in the center)

Unique beach of its kind thanks to the "tongue" of sand that unites the Isola dei Gabbiani with the mainland; Famous "INTERNATIONAL SPOT" for KITESURF, WINDSURF and SAILING enthusiasts, given the almost constant presence of wind.

The two long white sandy beaches are served by the operators of the sector with multiple activities and related services tailored to the tourist for all tastes.

Services such as: equipped beaches (umbrellas and deck chairs), assorted kiosks-bars to enjoy your daily "LUNCH" in relaxation and, if you don't want to miss the sunset, you can start with a Mojito and continue until late at night between candles and the background of the sea enjoying a delicious grilled fish just a few meters from the shoreline.

Sardinia is the Italian region that contains, probably, the highest number of dream beaches and coves, some of which have nothing to envy to the Caribbean islands. In northern Sardinia (Gallura) there are an infinite number of morphologically different beaches, united by the enchanting turquoise color of the sea.
